Introducing our dream come true, Qi Xiao Dian.
She is from Hubei Province and was born last year on Nov. 28. They told us she has been in foster care for part of her life. That's what we know for now.
This is the happiest day of my life, I'm lucky, grateful...and still trying to absorb the magnificence of it all. When I look at her cute face, I see a SPICEY GIRL and I just can't wait to be her Mom!
